Congratulations!


On Saturday, May 21, 2016, Minister Pamela Robinson successfully completed the first phase of her doctoral degree requirements. She was conferred a Masters of Divinity Degree from Apex School of Theology with high honors (Dean's List). Minister Pamela Robinson and her Doctoral Chairperson, Dr. Luchara Wallace, Ph.D. have been invited to co-present her pre-dissertation - Dissertation Title - "Same Lake-Different Boat: An Examination of the Attitudes, Values, Beliefs, and Behaviors of an African-American Faith Community Toward Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Disabilities, and/or Mental Health Concerns" at the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia this month. Moreover, Minister Robinson’s dissertation work has been selected by her Doctoral Mentors as one of the top five dissertations in her class. She and her husband, Minister Curtis Robinson have been asked to present her “Par Excellent” pre-dissertation work to the facility and students at the Apex Doctoral Intensive this fall. In less than 365 days she will successfully defend and present her doctoral research in ministry and shall be confirmed Dr. Pamela Regina Robinson. Minister Pamela Robinson is a contender for a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Apex School of Theology in Durham, North Carolina and is slated to complete the degree program in April 2017. According to Minister Robinson, “God is in the business of transformation.” She knows personally that God takes what is old and makes it new. He turns chaos into order and transforms death into life.
