

Surviving the Dissertation Process
As a Doctoral of Ministry candidate, completing a dissertation is mainly a matter of perseverance. My dissertation is a product of several drafts that will eventually become a scholarly book. When writing my dissertation, one of the most difficult intellectual tasks a person can do, commitment to the process has been the most important thing. Therefore, writing has become a part of my work-week routine. Finishing my dissertation will be one of the best things I've ever done.
